Return policies
In order to provide you with the best services, Ali Abou Zeina Trading provides the opportunity to exchange or return the product – except for the underwear – (unless the packaging has not been opened).
– Ali Abou Zeina Store is not responsible for returning or exchanging products that prove not to remain in their original condition at the time of purchase or were used after purchase.
– All Ali Abou Zeina products are examined and ensured of their integrity before shipment. If a damaged or wrong product arrived to the customer, please submit a request to your account to replace it within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.
– The car store allows you to exchange for free without delivery fees for the first time only.
– Upon return, the shipping amount will be deducted from the total order.
Terms of exchange and return:
1/ Items must be in original condition, never been used.
2/ The replacement or refund request is submitted through your account on the website or application.
3/ The product must be replaced or retrieved within 7 days from the date you receive the order.
4/ The replacement product will be sent after we receive the replaced product from the shipping company, match it, and ensure its integrity.
5 / Our policy requires that some products (underwear, used products) not be exchanged / returned.
Replacement Mechanism:
1/ Log in to your account.
2/ Choose the My Orders icon, all your orders will appear, choose the order you want to replace.
3/ Select the (exchange) icon, then select the replaced product.
4/ A list will appear to select the new product to be replaced, please select the size and color and complete the replacement request.
5/ The replacement policy will be sent to your email. We ask you to follow the instructions mentioned in the email and deliver the product within 7 days of receiving the policy.
6/ The replacement product will be sent after we receive the replaced product from the shipping company, match it, and make sure it is safe.
