A- The order is shipped to the address provided to us. Shipping takes from 1-7 working days as a maximum, depending on the region of residence in United Arab Emirates, and in the Gulf countries from 7-14 working days. We also note that in the event of shipping outside the United Arab Emirates, it may be imposed The customer is subject to customs fees subject to the country to which he is shipped.

 

7- Damaged Products:

 

Ali Abou Zeina guarantees that all products are new, unused and undamaged however, if there is any damage to the product, please let us know within 7 days of receiving the product and it will be replaced.
